you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our Website or Services.

1. Use of the Website

● You must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent to use our Website
and make purchases.
● You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration or
checkout.
● We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our sole
discretion.

2. Products and Orders

● All products displayed on the Website are subject to availability. We reserve the right to
discontinue any product at any time.
● Product images and descriptions are for illustration purposes only. Actual colors and
appearance may vary slightly due to screen settings or lighting.
● Orders are confirmed only after payment is received (or COD is accepted).
● We may cancel or refuse any order for reasons including pricing errors, stock
unavailability, suspected fraud, or violation of these Terms.

3. Pricing and Payment

● All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include applicable taxes unless stated
otherwise.
● Shipping charges are additional and displayed at checkout.
● Accepted payment methods: Cash on Delivery (COD), Bank Transfer, EasyPaisa,
JazzCash.
● For COD orders, payment must be made upon delivery. Failure to pay may result in
order cancellation and blacklisting.
● We do not store full payment card details; payments are processed securely by
third-party gateways.
● All payments are final unless covered under our Return/Exchange Policy.

4. Shipping & Delivery

● We ship nationwide across Pakistan.
● Estimated delivery time: 3–7 working days for major cities, 7–10 working days for remote
areas (subject to courier and location).
● Shipping is free on orders above Rs. 2,000 (otherwise standard charges apply).
● All orders are shipped in discreet/neutral packaging to protect customer privacy.
● We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, weather, public holidays,
or incorrect address provided by you.
● You must be available to receive the order or arrange collection. Failed delivery attempts
may incur additional charges.

5. Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

Due to the intimate nature of our products (bras, nighties, accessories), we have a strict hygiene
policy:
● No returns are accepted for worn, used, washed, or altered items.
● Exchange is allowed only within 7 days of delivery for the following reasons:
1. Wrong size or fit (unworn, tags attached, original packaging intact)
2. Manufacturing defect or damage during shipping
● Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective/damaged
(in which case we cover return shipping).
● To request an exchange:
1. Contact us via email (weshadow.pk@gmail.com) or WhatsApp within 7 days.
2. Provide order number, photos of the item (with tags/packaging), and reason.
3. We will review and issue an exchange approval or instructions.
● Refunds (where applicable) will be processed to the original payment method or via bank
transfer/EasyPaisa within 7–10 working days after receiving and inspecting the returned
item.
● No cash refunds for COD orders; amount will be adjusted in future orders or transferred
via bank/EasyPaisa.
● Sale/discount items are non-exchangeable/non-refundable unless defective.

6. Intellectual Property

● All content on the Website (logos, images, text, designs) is owned by Shadow or its
licensors and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
● You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written
permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

● We provide the Website and products "as is" without warranties of any kind.
● We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from
your use of the Website or products.
● Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages,
costs, and expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Website.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

● These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
● Any disputes shall be resolved through negotiation. If unresolved, the matter shall be
submitted to the courts of Lahore, Pakistan.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an
updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Website after changes constitutes
acceptance of the revised Terms.
