Shipping policy

At Shadow, we strive to deliver your favorite undergarments quickly, safely, and discreetly
across Pakistan.

Delivery Time

● Major cities (Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Faisalabad, etc.): 3–7 working days
● Other cities / remote areas: 7–10 working days
● Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier schedules, weather, public
holidays, or address issues.

Shipping Charges

● Free delivery on all orders above Rs. 2,000
● Below Rs. 2,000: Flat shipping fee of Rs. 250 (nationwide)

Shipping Method

We partner with reliable local courier services (e.g., TCS, Leopard, BlueEx, or similar) for fast
and trackable delivery.

Order Tracking

● Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS and/or email.
● Track your order directly on the courier’s website or by contacting our support.

Discreet Packaging

● All packages are sent in plain, neutral packaging with no mention of the brand or product
type on the outside.
● Billing statements show neutral descriptions (e.g., “Fashion Items”) to protect your
privacy.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

● COD is available across Pakistan.
● Payment must be made in cash upon delivery.
● For COD orders, a small advance confirmation may be required in some cases.

Delivery Issues

● If you are not available at the time of delivery, the courier may attempt redelivery or leave
a missed delivery notice.
● Failed deliveries due to incorrect address or repeated unavailability may incur additional
charges or order cancellation.
● Please provide a complete and accurate address at checkout.
