Refund policy

At Shadow, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, due to the
intimate and hygiene-sensitive nature of our products (bras, nighties, and accessories), we have
the following policy:


General Rules

● All sales are final unless covered under this policy.
● No returns or refunds for worn, used, washed, altered, or damaged-by-customer items.
● Products must be in original, unworn condition with all tags attached and original
packaging intact.


Exchange Policy

● Exchange is allowed only within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery for:
○ Wrong size or fit
○ Manufacturing defect or damage during shipping
● Customer must pay return shipping charges (unless the item is defective/damaged, in
which case we cover return shipping).
● Exchange is subject to availability of the requested size/color. If unavailable, we will
issue a store credit or refund (at our discretion).


Return Process

1. Contact us within 7 days via email (weshadow.pk@gmail.com) or WhatsApp.
2. Provide your order number, photos of the item (with tags/packaging), and reason for
exchange.
3. We will review and send approval + return instructions.
4. Ship the item back to us (address provided upon approval).
5. Once received and inspected, we will process the exchange, store credit, or refund.


Refund Rules

● Refunds (where applicable) are processed to the original payment method or via bank
transfer/EasyPaisa within 7–10 working days after inspection.
● For COD orders: No cash refund on delivery; amount will be transferred via
bank/EasyPaisa or adjusted in future orders.
● Sale/discount items are non-refundable/non-exchangeable unless defective.


Defective or Damaged Items

● If the product arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours with photos.
● We will arrange free replacement or full refund (including shipping charges).


Non-Returnable Items

● Worn or used intimate apparel (for hygiene reasons)
● Final sale items
● Items without original tags/packaging


We reserve the right to refuse returns/exchanges that do not meet our policy.
